Welcome Back Seahawks!

Dear Seahawk Families,

I am excited to join Peninsula High School as the new principal and to welcome our students and families to the 2026 to 2027 school year.

This spring, I had the opportunity to participate in listening sessions with students, families, and staff. These conversations helped me learn more about the many great things happening at PHS and what members of our community hope to see in the future.

I look forward to getting to know our students and families, celebrating the traditions and successes that make PHS such a special place, and working alongside our staff, families, and students as we build on the outstanding work already happening across our school. Together, we will continue creating an environment where every student feels known, supported, challenged, and connected.

Our team has been preparing for the year ahead and is ready to welcome students back to campus. As the first day approaches, please mark your calendars for the following dates and opportunities.

Seahawks Campus Clean Up Day, August 7 from 10am-1pm

Students, families, and community members are invited to help prepare our campus for the new school year. This is a great opportunity to work together, support our school, connect with others, and contribute to the welcoming environment that makes PHS such a special place. Seahawk 101, Tuesday, August 18

Seahawk 101 is Peninsula High School's New Student Orientation Day! It is an informative and fun-filled day designed for incoming Freshmen and any other transfer students. Students will learn about student life, academics, get a tour of the school, get their class schedules, student ID cards and much more. We can't wait to have you join us to get to know our school and fellow students before the first day of school.

Tentative Student Schedules Available, August 26

We know students are excited to see their schedules. Our team has been working throughout the summer to build schedules that reflect each student’s course requests.

We plan to make tentative schedules available on Wednesday, August 26. Please keep in mind that schedules may change as we balance classes and make necessary adjustments. Students are encouraged to check again the day before school starts to view their finalized schedules.

Fall Athletics, Clubs & Activities

Athletics, clubs, and activities are an important part of the PHS experience. They give students opportunities to build relationships, develop their talents, explore their interests, contribute to our community, and strengthen their connection to school.

We encourage every student to find a place where they can participate, contribute, and belong. Fall athletics registration remains open, and more information is available under the athletics tab.
