Peninsula Hawks Scholarship Committee

Are You Aware of the Fabulous Scholarship Program at PHS?

The Peninsula Hawks Scholarship Fund owns and operates the SAVE Thrift Store located below Peninsula High School. A full-time business in operation for over 30 years, the thrift store alone accounts for nearly $100, 000 in awards each year. PHS activity groups can earn scholarship money and incidental funds for themselves by volunteering at the thrift store.

The scholarship program is run by a committee of present and past PHS parents which meet the second Monday evening of each month that school is in session. The meetings start at 6:30 p.m. in the faculty break room at Peninsula High and last about an hour and a half.

The scholarship awards assembly is Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 6:30 PM in the PHS Auditorium. Donor check-in begins at 5:00 pm in the PHS library, student check-in is at 6:00 pm.
