1. Shop with Ms. Quyen on Thursday, October 1! We'll hunt for dresses, have some fun, and help you find a dress you feel amazing in for Homecoming.  Stop by her office located in the Library to pick up a permission slip. Permission slips must be turned in by September 30. 
2. Join us for Interact Club on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month! Come to learn more about community service opportunities in room 511! Snacks are included! Everyone is welcome! Contact Mrs. Crabtree for my information.   
3. Have you taken a Foods Class at Peninsula High School? Do you have your Food Handler’s Card? Do you like making treats for your community? If so, FCCLA is the club for you!  Meet us in Room 506 on Tuesday, October 6th at 2pm or see Mrs. Dahm for more information.  
4. Get your HOCO Tickets! You can get them online at the Bookkeeper's website. They are $8 with ASB, $12 without. At the door they will be $15 and cash only. The dance is on Sat, Oct 10th! There will be lots of important info about HOCO in the upcoming weeks in Homeroom - so stay tuned!
5. Hey Seahawks! This Saturday, the 26th, at PHS, our Band is hosting the Peninsula Classic, an all-day marching band competition where bands from all over Washington state come to compete! Come support your award winning band by watching their performances at 1:20 and 5:45. All students with ASB get in for free! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Aria Donohue.
6. Hey PHS! A quick message from the Health Room: Cold and flu season is here! Help keep yourself and your friends healthy by staying home when you’re sick, washing your hands, and covering those coughs and sneezes! Remember, you can come back to school when you’ve been fever-free for 24 hours without medication, your cough and breathing have improved, and have no other symptoms for 24 hours. Want to get your flu or COVID vaccine? For vaccines, you can go to the pharmacy or your doctor’s office. Stay healthy, PHS!
