1. We need you! This is your chance to sign up for Seahawk 101! It's fun and a great way to get a jumpstart on volunteer hours for the 26-27 school year. Go to your class of 202x Info Schoology course right now - before you forget! - and go to the folder labeled Seahawk 101.  There's a volunteer sign up link.  Mrs Demianiw will be sending an email with information over the summer, so be sure to get connected with your email on your own personal device since you won't have your chromebook over the summer. 2. The holiday season in France is a unique kind of magic – come experience it for yourself Winter Break 2027! Contact Mme Gray or any French student for more information! We'll have an info meeting when we're all back in September.
3. PHS Summer Speed Sessions – Get Faster This Summer! Want to improve your speed and get ready for the upcoming sports seasons? All-Comer Speed Sessions begin June 30 and will be led by Mr. Hall!  These sessions are open to all PHS athletes who are registered for a 2026–27 sport through Final Forms. For more information, contact Mr. Hall or stop by Room W3. We look forward to seeing you there!
4. Are you interested in going to experience all the history and majesty of Washington, DC next year? Seeing the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier? Touring the White House and the US Capitol? Seeing the real Star Spangled Banner? Touching the names on the Vietnam Wall Memorial? All this plus other awesome things will be seen -- so you need to see Mr. Messersmith in room W5 to get more info about how to sign up. The trip will happen during Mid-Winter break next year.
5. Peninsula Girls Basketball practices are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30–6:00 PM in the PHS Aux Gym (Main Gym if needed). July will include additional Tuesday skill sessions.
