1. AVID Spirit Week continues! Tomorrow, Tuesday March 17th is St. Patty's Day, so wear green! 
2. The Found Club will meet this Thursday after school in room 516. We meet every other week to discuss Biblical topics from a modern perspective. We invite everyone to attend. 
3. For all Key Club members: Please check your email for the recent flyer about our 2026 PHS Key Club Initiation Ceremony happening tomorrow [today], Tuesday 3/17 in the PHS Library at 2:10pm. All Key Club members are invited to attend Tuesday after school to get recognized for their membership, thank current officers, welcome new officers, and celebrate your service work with pizza and cake.
4. ASB Elections are coming - and we need you! Mark your calendars because applications for ASB will be available in two weeks. On March 30th, current Freshmen and Sophomores will be able to apply for class Senators for next year and current Juniors will be able to apply for ASB executive positions and Senators for their class. Information is available RIGHT NOW in your Class of 202x Schoology Info course in the Elections folder to take a look and prepare. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Mrs Demianiw. Stay tuned for more information in the next two weeks.
5. PoC Club meets THIS Tues at 215pm in Mrs Demianiw's room 515. Everyone is welcome and we'd love to see you there to join in the fun with us!  
6. Join ART CLUB for a free demonstration on how to create glitch art! Come try your hand at this fun process, demonstrated by our own Breyonna Meadows this Thursday after school in room 604. The show starts at 2:30.
7. Join the Spanish Department on a Coast to Coast trip in Costa Rica for Spring Break of 2027. We will be adventuring through the country to see wild animals, enjoy hot springs, hike an amazing waterfall, and relax at the beach, all while practicing our Spanish and enjoying Costa Rican cuisine. There will be an informational meeting on Monday, March 23rd at 6pm in room 622. If you have questions ahead of the meeting or are unable to attend, please email Profe K. 
8. The Future Readiness Center is taking a trip to UW Tacoma for the College Planning Day event. 2 & 4 year private and public colleges from around Washington will be there presenting their schools and programs. This is a really great opportunity to hear about multiple schools in one place. This trip is for juniors, but we can take other students as space allows. Permission forms are available in the FRC!
