We All Belong
- Happy Friday, Seahawks! Today we celebrate We All Belong Day, so show your PHS pride by wearing your green and white. Our final theme is The Ripple Effects of Inclusion. Unified programs don't just impact Unified participants—it influences classrooms, friendships, families, and our entire community. Inclusion becomes part of who we are. As you wear your spirit gear today, remember that no belonging is something we create together. Thank you for making Unified/Empathy Week meaningful and full of heart.
- Congrats to our Knowledge Bowl team on their first win of the season. Peninsula beat Evergreen Lutheran and Eatonville 98 to 39 and 49 respectively.
- Interested in video game design or programming? The Academy of Interactive Entertainment located in Seattle will be in the Future Readiness Center today at 12:00. Visits are open to all grades, but you need to check in with your teacher first before coming to the Future Readiness Center.
- Seniors! You asked and we delivered! AVID Club is hosting Round 2 of our Scholarship Notebook Workshop. Come get help with your Scholarship Notebook! Our focus will be putting your notebook together, but we can still help with your Personal Data Sheet, Personal Statement, picture pages, and more. Get it all done BEFORE Winter Break! Mark your calendar for Thursday, December 18th at 2:15pm in room 515 so you don’t miss out! Snacks will be provided.
- Peninsula School District (PSD) is one of the many school districts in Washington that recognizes the value of preparing students to be global citizens with the skills to communicate in English and other world languages. The World Language Competency-Based Credit Program is a way to earn high school credits for a language you already know and an opportunity to also earn a Washington Seal of Biliteracy. If you are interested please see your counselor before December 15th.
