Mummy Monday
- It’s Spooky Spirit Week! Tomorrow is Time Travel Tuesday - a Throwback to any era that you want. Join in the fun and show your spirit!
- On a wet and windy day at Fort Steilacoom Park, the Boys Cross Country team managed a 3rd place team finish at the Puget Sound League Championship. They were led by Sophomore Wyatt Harding (2nd Team All-League). The Girls ran short-handed but still placed 4th, led by Sophomores Ascher Lascheck and Megan Dyer (both 2nd Team All-League). Boys JV managed a 2nd place team finish, while Girls JV placed 4th. This Saturday, Cross Country will have an opportunity to qualify for State at Chambers Creek Regional Park.
- Today in the Career Center, Gonzaga will be visiting at 8:30. Tomorrow, PLU will be here at 9:30
- There is no Bookkeeper.
- Knowledge Bowl this week! Come to Mr. Kendall's class Tuesdays and Thursdays at room 208, for competitive trivia, snacks, and more!
- This is your sign to join the ASL Club! Come learn American Sign Language, make new friends, and join the conversation — without saying a word! Meeting on Wednesdays from 2:10 to 3:10 in Room W8 with Mrs. Clifford. No experience needed — Come see what everyone’s signing about!
- Last chance for Pickleball Drop Ins is this TUESDAY, October 28th! Drops Ins are $5 from 530 - 7pm in the Aux Gym. We’ve got you covered if you need a paddle. Bring your signed waiver which you can get from the Main Office or Mrs Demianiw’s room. Sign ups for the tournament are in the Commons all this week. Students and staff can play. Grab a partner or sign up on the list of free agents if you need a partner and we will match you up with someone.
- Starting this week, there will be no food or drinks in the gym during lunch time. Please eat your lunch, then go to play ball in the gym. Big thank you to those that eat in the bleachers outside for picking up after yourselves, it is very much appreciated.
- Congratulations to the PHS Marching Band for their stellar performance and showing at the 37th Annual Puget Sound Festival of Bands in Everett, WA on Saturday. They came home with Best Music, Best General Effect, Best Percussion, and 1ST PLACE in their Division!! Way to go Marching Band, we are PHS Proud of you!!
