1. Next week we are having a Spooky Spirit Week!  Plan ahead!  The days are Mummy Monday - wear white; Time Travel Tuesday - Throwback to any Era; Wednesday we celebrate Croctober - wear your Crocs or any slides; Thursday is Color Wars - Freshmen Orange, Sophomores Purple, Juniors Green & Seniors Black Staff pick the color of your Homeroom or your choice; and Friday is Costume or Halloween Spirit. Some rules apply for costumes - must be school appropriate, no masks or face coverings & absolutely no weapons even if they are just for play. Join in on the fun!
2. The Found Club will meet today after school in room 516. We are a group of students who meet every other week to discuss Biblical topics from a modern perspective. All are welcome to attend.
3. The Peninsula High Key Club is partnering with BBQ2U for a special fundraiser running now through October 26th.  Enjoy a delicious meal — dine in or take out — and simply drop your receipt in the Key Club donation jar by the cash register to support our club’s service projects.
4. Are you interested in apprenticeships or jobs in Plumbing, HVAC, Welding, Engineering, Construction, Paving, Healthcare, Maritime, Virtual Design, Electrical and much more?  Come to the Future Readiness Center to sign up for the Korsmo Trades and Hiring Fair!   You will have the opportunity to talk to industry professionals, hear about job opportunities, as well as hands-on activities, and learn about opportunities across industries and career pathways in the trades. If interested, sign up in the Future Readiness Center with Ms. Hays or Ms. Jackson, first come first served!  Students MUST sign up in the Future Readiness Center! Knowledge Bowl Come by Mr. Kendall's room for competitive trivia games, snacks, and more!   
5. Pickleball Drop Ins are Today!  Only two more chances to get ready before the big Tournament on November 1st. Drops Ins are $5 from 530 - 7pm in the Aux Gym. We’ve got you covered if you need a paddle. Bring your signed waiver which you can get from the Main Office or Mrs Demianiw’s room.  Sign ups for the tournament are in the Commons all this week and next week. Students and staff can play. Grab a partner or sign up on the list of free agents if you need a partner and we will match you up with someone.
6. AVID Club is meeting today from 215 - 3pm in Mrs Demianiw's room.  Please join us to plan out our activities for the school year!
