  1. Homecoming tickets will go on sale starting Monday at the Bookkeeper's window!  It's $8 with ASB and $12 without. It will be $15 at the door, so be sure to get your tickets early. Guest forms are already available in the Main Office. This is the dance of the year, so don't miss out! Homecoming Guest Forms will be available on Monday also. Get them Early!
  2. Do you like to stay up to date with what's going on in the world? Do you like to act? Do you have a topic you are passionate about that you want to share with people? Do you like to argue? If so, speech and debate might just be for you! Our first practice of the season for new members is Thursday - September 25th at 3:15 in room 208! Last year the team took third in districts and took three students to Nationals - come see what event is right for you, there is something for EVERYONE. Reach out to Miss Lancaster or captains Mars Burton and Alyssa Robinson if you have questions - See you there!
  3. Did you hear the exciting news? Out of 99,000 public schools in the U.S., 4,500 are Unified Champion Schools, of these only around 200 have earned National Recognition for their Unified Programs — the highest honor a school can receive.  And now… Peninsula High School is officially one of them!  We are Nationally Recognized for our commitment to inclusion, teamwork, and excellence. Want to join Unified? Come to Unified Club next Thursday 9/25 @2:30 in room 210 or check out final forms to see what sports you might be interested in. 
  4. Register by this Friday to shop with Ms. Quyen next Wednesday, September 24, from 10 am - 12:30 pm. A stylist will help you find your perfect dress, accessories, and shoes at no cost! 
  5. Fall Weight Room hours will be Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:45 - 4:00.  All winter and spring sport athletes are encouraged to get ready for your season.  Passionate about fitness?  You are invited as well.  Contact Mr. Griffin with any questions in room 501.
  6. Homework Club will start next week on Tuesday, Sept 23. Need help, join us in Room 104, from 2:15 - 4. Look forward to seeing you there!
