Off Season Basketball Workout Info

Hello Seahawks, as the Fall Sport sessions begin PHS Girls Basketball will have the opportunity to prepare for the Winter Season with Off-season training, with Open Fall Workouts and Open gym. Open Fall Workouts.
This will be an opportunity for athletes to do some plyometrics, free weight activities, and a little conditioning in preparation for the winter season.
Location: Will meet in Commons, and go to Fitness Lab through side entrance Not Main Gym Day: Monday/ Wednesday September 15, 17, 22, 24, 2025 Time: 4:30pm-5:30pm
What a student athlete needs to bring: Will need to be dressed in appropriate gear and have shoes for running/lifting as well as bring a water bottle. Open Gym
This will be an opportunity for student athletes to shoot and work on individual basketball skills as well as play. It will also be the time that athletes participating in the Fall Basketball tournament will have an opportunity to prepare for games and review basic strategies in preparation for competition for the Fall tournament.
Location: Will be in Aux Gym (Shared space with Boys basketball).
Day: Monday/ Wednesday September 15, 17, 22, 24, 29 2025 (Volleyball Game, Late Open Gym)
Time: 5:30pm-7pm (Will be later on Volleyball game days).
Gym conflicts with Volleyball Games will result in Open Gym being 7:00pm-8:30pm.
What a student athlete needs to bring: Will need to be dressed in appropriate gear and have basketball shoes, as well as a basketball and water bottle.
If you have not attended an Open Workout or Open gym before, please pick up and complete an Open Gym Agreement from the Athletic Office and bring signed by athlete and guardian to work out to participate.
