SBA English Testing
- Today’s class schedule is periods 4, 5, & 6.
- Hey Seahawks! AP Exams are coming up. The Technology Student Association is providing a space for students to review AP Classroom materials with their peers. Students can get help or be the helper! If you're interested see Mr. Cruz in room 402. We meet Fridays from 2 to 3 pm.
- Hey Seahawks! Top Hawk is THIS Friday at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium. Come watch seniors compete in four categories: beach, formal, talent, and PHS Pride. Admission is $5 and goes to the Class of 2025 Prom. It is going to be a fun night full of laughs. Don't miss out!
- Congratulations to our Speech and Debate members who competed this past weekend in state. Alyssa Robinson took 10th in Lincoln Douglas Debate while Mars Burton took 9th. Mars also finished as the 4th best speaker for LD at the tournament. On Saturday, Alex Sprague took home 3rd in the state for Informative speaking, Alyssa Robinson took home 5th in Humorous Interpretation, while Olivia Towe took home 18th in Humorous Interpretation and Mars took home 17th in Extemp. Good job all of you!
- ASB election season is officially open! Information has been posted on Schoology in your Class of 202x course in the folder labeled "Elections". Applications will open next Monday, March 31 and close next Friday, April 4th. If you are interested in running for a position, however, there are some things you can begin working on in the meantime. Just read through the materials provided in the folder to get started! If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs Demianiw or any of the current ASB Executive Officers - Ava Miranda, Thomas Gillam, Olivia Griffin, Maddox Ice or Mira Sonnen.Thank you for your interest and good luck!
- The Found Club will meet this Thursday after school in the wood shop. Come and join us as we discuss Biblical issues from a modern perspective. All are welcome to attend.
- Last night your PSD Riptides took down Klahowya High School, 17-3. Olivia Van Someran had 4 goals, while Greta DeLong & Katie Waida each netted three goals a piece. Anya Helgerson played a key part as well in the midfield racking up 6 ground balls and 5 draw controls. Wednesday night (3/26) - JV lacrosse takes on Bellarmine High School at GHHS @ 5:30 PM - see you there!
