1. Seniors, today is Scholarship Notebook turn-in Day, from 8 - 2:30 in the Library. Only Seniors may turn in the notebooks.

2. Next week is our first ever Food Basket food drive to support Food Backpacks 4 Kids!  We will be collecting food throughout the week and competing against Gig Harbor and Henderson Bay high schools to see who can be crowned champions at the end of the week!  We are looking for the following items, but any non-perishable, non-expired items will be accepted: granola bars, fruit cups, goldfish, fruit snacks, oatmeal packets & canned tuna & chicken. We will also be collecting food at the FishBasket games on Wednesday night at both PHS and GHHS. Please help support this awesome cause and our community, Seahawks!

3. Start the New Year off with a bang! The Found Club will be meeting this Thursday in the wood shop after school. We are a non-denominational group of students who meet to discuss current topics from a Biblical perspective. All are welcome.

4. Juniors: Are you interested in an internship with the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard? It is a paid internship that starts the summer of 2025. On Friday, January 10, starting at 7:30am in the Career Center, a representative from PSNS will be here to give an overview of the program and to answer your questions. If you are at all interested, please attend this meeting. Any questions? Please contact Mrs. Amrine or Mrs. Jackson in the Career Center.

5. Please come to the Cafeteria Thursday for our Fresh Salad Bar. We will have spicy or regular chicken, ham, turkey, pepperoni, three types of cheeses, eggs, olives, cucumbers and more! We will be offering the salad bar at our build your own sandwich station so we will not be making made-to order sandwiches on Thursday. We look forward to seeing you at lunch!
