1. Swim Meet update from Thursday. •90-95 our loss (good meet all the same and we measure up well to one of the best teams in our district) District times: •200 free - Reis Every and Ryan Garrels •50 free - Kate Henkel and Lee Gjertson •500 free - Reese Miller•100 Back - Kate Henkel•100 Breast Lee Gjertson •All relays qualified for districts!

2. Today is our first official meeting for Speech & Debate! Come join us to have some snacks, play some games and learn about our team. We will be meeting in Miss Lancaster's Room (W7) at 2:05 PM. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to Lancaster!

3. Do you play a winter sport? What about spring sports? Do you enjoy fitness? Off season workouts are going now. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:45-4:00. If you are interested in wrestling this year, we will have open mats following our workouts. Please check in with Mr. Griffin in room 501, or Mr. Filkins with any questions.

4. The Hawk Shoppe is now open! Come and grab a drink at both lunches, we have espresso, lemonade, and your favorite… spritzers! Remember, cash only.
